About Me

Hi, I'm Mahalakshmi Lakshminarayanan (Maha), an Integrative Health Coach passionate about helping individuals build healthier, more balanced lives through sustainable lifestyle habits.

I hold an academic background in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, which has given me a strong scientific foundation in understanding how the human body functions at a cellular and molecular level. My experience in analyzing research materials has strengthened my ability to interpret scientific studies and translate complex health information into practical insights that people can apply in their everyday lives.

My interest in health and wellness is also deeply personal. I live with Rheumatoid Arthritis, which I manage through an integrative approach that combines lifestyle habits, nutrition, stress management, and overall wellness practices. This journey has reinforced my belief that small, consistent lifestyle changes can play a meaningful role in supporting overall health and wellbeing.

Beyond my professional interests, family is at the heart of my life. I'm grateful to share my journey with my loving husband, our two young adult sons, and our beloved dog. Balancing family life has taught me the importance of creating practical and sustainable routines that support health in real-life settings.

Through my work, I hope to support and inspire others to take charge of their health by making thoughtful lifestyle choices and building sustaible habits that promote balance, vitality and long-term wellbeing.
